What data I process

• Contact form: name, email address, subject, and the content of your message.
• Technical data: IP address of the sender (for spam protection).
• Language preference: derived from the URL (/en/ for the English version).

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. I do not share data with third parties.

Purpose of processing

• Responding to your inquiry or question (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Protecting the website against abuse and spam (legitimate interest).

Retention period

• Contact form messages: for the duration of handling your inquiry and then for a maximum of 24 months for potential follow-up communication.
• Technical anti-spam data: up to 30 days.

Your rights

As a data subject you have the right to:

• request access to your personal data,
• request correction of inaccurate data,
• request erasure (the right to be forgotten),
• request restriction of processing,
• object to processing,
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Hosting and security

The website is hosted on servers within the EU. All communication runs over HTTPS. The contact form is protected by a honeypot and a per-IP rate limit.
